Rusted through walls
Trailer was brought in for touch up painting. Because it was double walled, it had been rusting inside and along the framework. The metal was too thin to sandblast, so the rust had to be cut out and new steel welded in.
New rear construction, primed and painted

This custom built had a lot of rust. The paint had become oxidized and paint that had been touched up didn't match the original.
